Heat seal elements Flat and chamfered

Heat seal elements are primarily used in the packaging industry, in combination with PTFE glass fabric tape, for example, on a heat seal packaging machine. Our heat seal elements are made, amongst others, from 80/20% ni/cr. We can supply any type you require.

On this page you will find more information about the most common flat and chamfered heat seal elements. We have a broad range of size, length and finish. All heat seal elements are supplied on a roll as from 25 metres but if required, also at a specific length. All heat seal elements can be finished with coppered or silvered ends, or provided with a PTFE coating. Moreover, the heat seal elements (dependent on measurement and finish) can be supplied with a low or high resistance.
