PTFE Glass Fabric Tape

We supply a wide range of PTFE materials in many designs. We offer you a very complete range:

PTFE tapes and foils

These are available in a wide range of standard designs. We offer cut tapes in any width you require, between 10 and 1000 mm, packaged in a handy dispenser. The PTFE tapes can be supplied in roll lengths of 30 meters. Of course, we can supply according to your specifications. We supply cut sheets or punched parts in accordance with your sample or drawing. Because of our large stock and production in our own workshop, delivery times are very short, which means your warehousing costs are minimum.

Below you will find a number of specific tapes, which are used in combination with heat-seal elements on a packaging machine, used to seal, for example, polythene foil.

Heatseal and zone tape. Heatseal tape consists of a strip of non-self-adhesive PTFE glass fabric, laminated with crêpe tape or glass-reinforced tape.

The standard width of the masking tape is 15mm, but 19 mm and 25mm are also available. The useful seal width (measured between the laminated tapes) varies from between 10 and 120 mm. We supply the heat-seal tape in any quality, up to a thickness of 0.25mm.

Zone tape consists of a strip of non-self-adhesive PTFE-coated glass fabric, laminated on both sides with a double self-adhesive tape.

The standard width of the double-sided tape is 15 mm. The useful seal width (measured between the double adhesive tapes) varies from between 10 and 120 mm. We supply the zone tape in any quality up to a thickness of 0.25mm.
