Benetech often supplies silicone rubber hose, which is, for example, used to cover tunnel bars in hot air or heat shrink tunnels. The advantage of this hose is, of course, an anti-stick layer, so that when heat shrinking, your packaging does not stick to the bars in your tunnel, with all its consequences.

The application of this hose is not always easy. We are therefore able to offer to take care of this for you. In our workshop, we can cover any diameter of tunnel bars at the width of your tunnel or hot air oven. We have the knowledge to do this in the best possible way. Should you require, we can also produce the complete tunnel bars ourselves (for various makes of tunnels) and cover them with silicone hose

Ask our advice about the quality of rubber you can use and what diameter and wall thickness is most suitable. Dependent on your specifications, we have types for standard temperatures, but also for higher temperatures. For many years we have supplied spare parts for heat-shrink tunnels and would be happy to be of service to you.
